Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 1st, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and delivery of products and services by E Wireless Solutions Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") to the customer ("you," "your," or "customer"). By placing an order, visiting our website, or communicating with us via SMS, phone, or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Minimum Order and Pricing

- A minimum order of $250 USD is required for all purchases.

- All prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted in U.S. dollars.

2. Order Acceptance and Ownership

- All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by E Wireless Solutions Inc.

- Title and ownership of products remain with E Wireless Solutions Inc. until full payment is received.

3. Product Inspection and Missing Items

- It is your responsibility to inspect all items within ten (10) business days of the invoice date.

- Claims for missing items will not be accepted after this 10-day window.

4. Returns and Exchanges

- All returns require prior authorization from a sales representative and must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges, including inbound and outbound freight, unless otherwise stated in writing by E Wireless Solutions Inc.

- Defective items will be exchanged for the same product only. No substitutions or refunds will be issued.

5. Refused Shipments

- Claims for incorrect shipments must be submitted within seven (7) days of the invoice date.

- Freight damage claims should be filed directly with the carrier.

- Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total purchase amount.

6. Shipping and Delivery

- We strive to ship all orders as promptly as possible.

- Shipments are typically made via UPS or FedEx unless otherwise specified or arranged.

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise by E Wireless Solutions Inc. in writing.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

- We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Zelle.

- For Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) accounts, acceptable forms of payment are cashier's checks, money orders, or company checks.

- Personal checks and temporary checks are not accepted.

- Additional payment options may be available; please inquire with a sales representative. Returned Checks and Charges

- Returned checks due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) or Stop Payment will incur:

- A $20 service fee for NSF

- A $25 service fee for Stop Payments

- Any returned payment may result in the suspension or termination of credit privileges. Late Payments

- Net term accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee or $15 minimum, whichever is greater, on all past-due balances.

8. Warranty

- All products are covered by a 100% warranty.

9. SMS Communication

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages for:

- Order confirmations

- Delivery updates

- Customer service-related inquiries

- Occasionally, marketing or promotional messages (only if you explicitly opt in)

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS or

contacting us directly.

10. Limitation of Liability

E Wireless Solutions Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

- Use or misuse of our products

- Shipping delays or delivery failures

- Website errors or omissions

- Unauthorized access to your information

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the order in question.

11. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes details about SMS communication, data sharing, and security practices.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in DuPage County, specifically in or near Lombard, IL.
