Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment is confirmed.

- In most cases, orders are processed within 1 business day.

- Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time & Methods

- Shipping time depends on the destination and selected shipping service.

- We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx, unless otherwise specified or arranged.

- To estimate your delivery date, use the formula:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling fees are determined based on:

- Size and weight of the package

- Quantity of items in the order

- Shipping destination

- Selected shipping method

Final shipping costs will be confirmed during the order process.

Customer Responsibility

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including original and return shipping, unless otherwise stated in writing by E-Wireless Solutions Inc.

- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Rejected or Returned Packages

- Packages that are rejected or returned by the recipient will incur additional re-shipping charges in addition to the original shipping cost.

- If a returned package is not re-shipped, a $10.00 restocking fee will be billed to the customer.
